My client, a leading Investment Bank are looking for a Business Analyst to join their project objective is to implement an automated single and centralised repository containing the firm's outsourcing records to meet specific requirements. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BASED FULL TIME IN DUBLIN.

Skills/Experience (required):

A Strong background in data mapping, data linage, and requirement capture/translation; Strong stakeholder management (will be liaison between business users, corporate/central functions, compliance and technology); Strong experience in Financial Services; Advanced user of: Excel (can write macros), SharePoint; Proficient user of MS Project, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word; Delivers compelling and effective presentations and written communications; Strong outcome focus; Very Strong Detail Orientation.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Analysis and definition of the business requirements, functional specifications (if required) and operational architecture for functional Workstreams; Data analysis, mapping, validation; Working with technology and business leads to ensure delivery of solution per requirements and functional specification; Developing and executing test plans; Target Operating Model definition (process, procedures, ownership)
Process documentation (with business owners); Coordinate documentation reviews and ensure that agreement and sign off is achieved across multiple stakeholders.
Manage issues and risks; identify potential roadblocks.
