About the role

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Executive who will be working within the training centre for a prestigious automotive brand. Babcock are one of the leading training providers within the UK and have this exciting opportunity for strong communicator to join their team.

The successful individual will work within a team of 6 providing first line contact for all automotive retailer staff in relation to their training and development needs.

As a Customer Relations Executive you will be contacting people who are currently undergoing training and also ones who are interested in attending training courses.

You will be expected to work as a team and also autonomously utilizing various computer systems and databases on a daily basis.

What do I need to do the role?
You will need to be an excellent communicator both on the phone and via email. Having experience in a customer focussed role and being able to show great customer experience is a must.

Would also like you to have experience in all or the following area:
• MS Office experience mainly Excel
• Strong communicator
• Excellent organisational skills
