A key aspect to this role will also be the ability to interact and articulate with customers and other stakeholders on complex analysis subjects in a clear, easy to understand manner and to understand and translate customer requirements into analysis deliverables.

Desirable knowledge and experience includes:

· Experienced in using commercial FEA codes, particularly ANSYS, ABAQUS and LS-DYNA

· Practical experience of using PLM and CAD systems to prepare/export geometry, experience of using Siemens Teamcenter and NX

· Willingness to travel and interact with peers internationally including presenting at specialist conferences

· Experience of multi-physics coupling, thermal/mechanical, blast, shock, aero, SPH, Euler/Lagrange, Modal and Modal Superposition

To be considered for these roles, you must have an HNC / HND or degree qualification in an Engineering, Aerospace or Physics discipline or have proven experience working in a similar field and possess strong communication skills.

We welcome applications from candidates who would like to discuss flexible/part time working.

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
