REQUIRED: ETL DEVELOPER - SC CLEARED
LOCATION: BLACKPOOL AND PRESTON
DURATION: 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

Skills Required:
Talend ETL Developer
* Talend Data Fabric (v6.3 and above - we have just upgraded to v7)
* Developing Data Integration jobs loading to HDFS, Hive (ACID) and Oracle
* Data matching including fuzzy matching techniques
* Data validation
* GitHub
* Performance tuning
* Release process

In addition experience of the following skillsets would be beneficial but not essential
* Big Data and Data Warehousing
* Oracle DB Design
* Oracle PL/SQL
* Analysis of Data Sources and Data Modelling
* Talend ETL
* Hadoop (Including HDFS, Hive and Hbase)
* Tableau Data Visualisation
* SAS Campaign Management
* Data Analytics (R/Python/Knime)
* Big Data Testing



Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
