We are looking for security cleared Agile specialists to be a part of a team which sets up and executes Agile transformation projects that are both successful and sustainable.  

With your exceptional interpersonal skills you will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
All of our Consultants provide technical delivery and support through coaching applying Agile principles. You will share with our clients how to apply Agile methodologies to their business:

  • Design best-in-class consultancy solutions that set us apart
  • Provide coaching to ensure our clients achieve their goals
  • Combine your cross-functional skills in project and programme management to create scope for continuous improvement

You would ideally have:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant Agile experience although more would be expected for senior roles
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Qualified
  • Current security clearance or eligible and willing go through the process. Details can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uksv-national-security-vetting-vetting-information-leaflets.
  • Hands-on-experience working in roles across all phases of the project life-cycle
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience resolving cross function issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A desire to develop CMC’s internal Agile capability as well as working with our clients
