Administrator role in Gloucestershire

This is initially a 6 - 12 month contract to start ASAP

An undisclosed client of ours is currently recruiting for several administrators to join their recruitment team. Due to the nature of the client all successful applicants must be eligible for Developed Vetting. It is strongly recommended that this is researched prior to application.

Role description:

Supporting a busy Recruitment Department the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diary Management
  • Answering telephones and dealing with general enquiries
  • Meeting, setting up and co coordinating interviews
  • Coordinating document reviews
  • Document Management
  • Timely arrangement of meetings and issuing of minutes and actions
  • Timely co ordination of document reviews

Required Skills

Suitable candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good MS Office with excellent Outlook experience
  • Ability to deal with multiple and wide ranging tasks with multiple managers
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
