As the SC Cleared Incident Manager you will work with one the leading IT brands in the world.

For this role you will be managing the Incident Management process across the company - this includes measuring performance and working on improving the recovery time as well as escalating issues when necessary.

As part of the SC Cleared End-to-End Incident Manager role you will be building lasting relationships with various departments and stakeholders.

Incident Manager essential criteria:

Due to the high level of security clearance needed to enter the site, it is required that you have active SC clearance.

Skills required:

• ITIL.
• Previous experience in IT Incident Management.
• Process improvement knowledge.
• Strong presentation skills.
