2nd & 3rd Line Desktop/Deskside Support Engineer
2nd & 3rd Line Desktop/Deskside Support Engineer (Windows 10, O365, Executive & VIP Support) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in Southampton, Hampshire.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Providing a mixture of hardware and software support - Windows 10, O365, DNS, DHCP, Desktops, AV, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair etc.
- The successful applicant will be providing to support to Senior Managers, VIPs, Executives and their support staff, therefore candidates must have existing experience of supporting these users and must have excellent client facing experience.
- The role itself encompasses managing fault calls, service requests and planned changes, as well as providing VOIP telephony support.
- Strong organisational skills.
