Strategic Design Business Analyst - SC

Are you a Business Analyst looking to grow in your role?

Our client is looking for someone that is ready to take on a challenge in their new project.

Due to the nature of the client candidates are are subject to a Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing appropriate templates/processes for the recording of organisational design/business operating models and associated organisational structures, policies, procedures and standards that will govern the way the business will operate.

Completing analysis in support of change implementation and evaluation. For example, assessing design readiness, interdependencies and their impact.

Providing best practice advice and support to the business in business analysis methods and approaches.

Providing quality assurance and feedback on organisational design documents and target organisational design/design change(s)/business operating models.

The above activity will involve liaison and stakeholder management across the Network, and horizon scanning for new demand.


We are looking for people who have demonstrable experience in the below:

- Experience of undertaking business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches. Including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.

- Experience of supporting the development of business operating models.

- Experience in reviewing and enhancing business cases and detailed design documents throughout the project lifecycle.

- Experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organisation including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities.

Desirable Criteria

- Professional Project Management qualification by examination (e.g. Prince 2)

- Experience of building confidence with stakeholders and relationships at all levels.

- Experience of working in a challenging, change-driven environment.
