Programme Manager - DV Cleared

Our client requires and experienced DV Cleared Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager to successfully manage and deliver large complex IT / Business based workstreams. You will be required initially to draw up a schedule of work with key milestones for the development of the strategy narrative, the communication thereof and the work to build the processes which allow that strategy to be put to good use, Ensure we are keeping to that schedule, identifying key hurdles and blockers we might need to use management resource to remove, To assist in the running of the workshops (facilitating) which will allow to discover the detail of the strategy. Possibly assist the BA in developing the prioritisation, metrics and effective means of feeding the requirements coming out of the strategy into existing capability. Essential Skills / experience: recently worked as either a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering multi million £ work packages, with experience of defining and agreeing the scope, critical success factors, deliverables and benefits of the project/s. Agree the technical and quality strategy with the project board preparing detailed project plans, monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary, Team Leadership and experience of stakeholder expectations at a senior and strategic level.
