Approachable and professional at all times, you'll be highly visible during your uniformed patrols and take the time to build relationships and support local communities. You'll also take the initiative to organise Community Engagement events with the public and partner agencies. Our Neighbourhood Police Constables and Sergeants can look forward to the same support from you as well. A genuine people person, you'll actively engaging with Cadets, Special Constables and volunteers.

We'll make sure that you have all the training and support you need to be able to confidently respond to suitable incidents and act within the Force Deployment Policy. Then you'll also be able to be a credible witness, submit witness statements, conduct minor crime enquiries and follow up with victims of crime.
