Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with strong organisational skills?
Can you build and manage key relationships in multiple teams?
We are currently looking for someone who is keen to take on a new challenge with one of our security cleared clients.
Vetting Level: SC
Role Description and Overall purpose:
*The management of all aspects of contract and general administration for the team.
*Preparation and report maintenance, including savings, pipeline and tracking. documentation.
*Managing commercial mailboxes, meeting administration and ERP management.
*To work within a secure environment upon sensitive projects.
*Supporting spend analysis processes.
Key Activities:
*Working as part of a team, with differing abilities, in order to deliver to set outcome.
*Managing own workload with competing priorities.
*Balancing operationally urgent and important tasks to deliver to key deadlines.
*Ensuring that the Category Leads are kept informed of key activities/escalations.
Skills
*Good communicator who can work with a range of stakeholders and senior managers.
*Time management and communication skills
*Ability to work on own initiative.
*Able to manage own workload whilst balancing both operationally urgent and important tasks to deliver to deadlines.
*Good information technology skills
*Strong customer service skills
Knowledge & Experience
*Ideally experience of working with contracts or within a procurement environment.
*Experience of prioritising conflicting demands.
*Experience of working within an environment where attention to detail is required.
