Here at Cavendish Nuclear we are seeking experienced individuals from the Nuclear industry, who are able to identify business opportunities and lead bid development. Working at the front end of projects, you will understand customer requirements and act upon them using commercial intelligence. You will build strong relationships directly with the customer and over time to develop a number of revenue streams. The successful candidate(s) will need to define solutions, make safety cases, and ultimately manage and oversee implementation.
This position would suit an engineer/consultant that thrives on working on Cradle to Grave projects, and that has the desire to position themselves as a key driver in a growing business. There may be an element of growing a team around you once demand has been created.

The Candidate:
  • Security cleared, or readily able to obtain SC
  • Nuclear industry experience - particularly AGR Fuel Route
  • Able to lead customer facing projects
  • Evidence of strong stakeholder management experience
  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • Chartered status (Highly desirable)
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
  • EDF work experience as supplier or staff (Desirable)

Location

The location for this role will be Barnwood, Gloucester.

Security

Successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
