Infrastructure and Facilities Operations Consultant (french speaking)

Clearance required: SC/NS

Experience:
•Experience of at least 5 years in long term maintenance contract (Technical area)
•Possess knowledge to develop specific dashboard to follow up the maintenance activities
•Have experience in directing the configuration and exploitation of Facility management tool including the generation of management reports 
•Have experience to develop specific maintenance policies to support the activity

Education and Qualification requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years in managing maintenance contracts
•Minimum of 3 years in implementing and follow up Key performance indicators

Language requirements:
•French speaking

Other requirements:
•Knowledge in PLANON Software and advance knowledge in XLS

Objectives:
•Set up the basis to manage the long-term maintenance contract (reporting, follow up, administrative support, procedure) 

Scope of Work:
•Develop specific reporting to support the contract
•Follow up on monthly basis the Key performance indicators and report on any issue in accordance with the contract in place
•Follow up the good execution of the repair and incidents in collaboration with the IFM scheduler
•Develop specific internal procedures to support the maintenance activities
•Develop and update on regular basis the MEP balance scorecard
•Execute data quality check
