The NCA has a wide remit and we are looking for committed individuals to provide business support across the Agency. 

The role involves providing effective business support, logistics co-ordination, project management, policy development, administration and governance to operations, corporate and central services functions and contribute towards the achievement of the NCA strategic objectives. 

Your responsibilities may include:. 
• Research, draft, develop, collate, co-ordinate and disseminate management information, policies, reports, briefings, business plans, presentations and web based communications. 
• Act of point of contact for business and administration queries and ensure the systems are established to monitor, audit and review processes/procedure. 
• Ensure the quality, secure handling and dissemination of data/ information, maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity and a duty of care in line with NCA policy. 
• Provide PA/secretarial support to Directors/Senior Management and perform efficient administration duties to support committees, senior management meetings, work group, projects/ programmes, business planning, events management and successfully priortise workloads. 
• Ensure the availability of monthly budget/resource data, and prepare accurate monthly management report for senior management meetings. 
• Update and maintain business plans, risk registers and control procedures. 

From your first day, you will play your part. 

Individuals will also have the below experience: 
• Experience of analysing information from a range of sources 
• Good written/drafting skills and the ability to compile accurate reports 

***All NCA officers must hold SC Enhanced upon entry as a minimum. To meet the National Security Vetting requirements for this role you will need to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 out of the past 5 years. For more information please see the Candidate information Pack***.
