Business Case Writer - Contract (12 Months)- Gloucestershire - £525 per day

Skills / Experience:

• Expert knowledge of financial planning and business case development
• Expert knowledge of delivery management methodologies strong communication and stakeholder management skills up to Board Level
• Solid programmatic background
• Excellent analytical skills
• Expert knowledge of corporate, industry and government standards
• Ability to work with and build relationships with, a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
