Role: Embedded Engineer

Having won several large contracts recently this large Defence organisation now has a requirement for multiple Embedded Engineers across a range of levels and disciplines.

There is plenty of technical variety in this position with multiple projects ongoing at any one time. If you are keen to challenge yourself and build out your skill set this is a great chance to surround yourself with some of the most forward thinking engineers in the industry.

Opportunities are available at all levels ranging from recent graduates through to highly experienced Engineers capable of stepping up into a leadership position.

As this is a security cleared position candidates are required to be eligible for, and willing to undertake, UK developed vetting (DV) security clearance.

Key Skills:

• Firmware / Embedded Engineering
• Experience with low level coding and development with C / C++ (e.g. real-time software, drivers, embedded software etc.)
• Knowledge of PCB or High end electronics is beneficial
• Adaptable approach, capable of picking up new technologies quickly with a desire to continually learn and develop.
• A strong interest in expanding technical knowledge both in areas of core expertise and more generally.

Preferable technical proficiency to include:

• Highly motivated with a strong academic background in Electronics, Software Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
• Work experience relating to low level electronics, embedded or firmware technology.
• An interest in joining the intelligence and defence community
