My Public Sector client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support an executive director based in Leeds City Centre.

Full time hours Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

This is an urgent requirement so the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.

Public Sector experience is essential.

Role Requirements:
- Diary and inbox support - delegating emails as appropriate
- Previous experience dealing with Senior executive/Board members
- Travel booking and logistics
- Minute taking
- Previous experience liaising with external suppliers/third party vendors
- Email management - Escalating urgent emails where necessary
- 5+ years secretariat experience
