LOCATION: Gloucestershire

DURATION: 6 Months Contract - option to extend based on personal performance

DAILY RATE: Highly Competitive - dependent on candidate's level of experience

CONDITIONS: Security Cleared environment - DV Clearance is required to fulfil this post

Role Profile

We are keen to recruit a driven and ambitious Technical Infrastructure Designer who is proactive in their approach to write concept or solution design technical documents (Level-2, Architecture, High Level Design) and write good technical documents to a detailed level.

You will be required to manage time, diary, logistics, customer engagement and working outputs (e.g. documents, briefings and presentations).

You will also be required to run a virtual SME team spread across geographic areas, owing the overall solution design and working collaboratively with all suppliers.

The role will require once/twice weekly travel to London with a possibility of an overnight stay. There could also be travel to other locations within the UK, so flexibility on mobility is required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person is someone who is supportive, empathetic with the ability to deliver change with strong competencies across the following infrastructure levels; Networking, Wireless, Security, Video, Voice and Devices.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will need to trade between the client business and the security teams whilst working to a high pace and accuracy level (e.g. respond to requirements, present findings).

You must also have the ability to work well within a team as you will be working with project team members to articulate their building logic or sequence of their design and the resulting risks/issues/dependencies.
