Our client is a Systems and Engineering Technology company, operating from offices around the UK, helping and advising clients with their technical knowledge to develop, enhance and protect their critical assets, systems and processes.

Training Analysts/Training Consultants

They are currently looking for Training Analysts/Training Consultants to join their training team and help them to deliver innovative education and training solutions to their clients.

As a Training Analyst/Consultant you will apply your education & training knowledge & experience to support a wide range of complex and challenging projects across the private and public sectors, working closely with clients to develop tailored education and training solutions using the principles of a systems approach training.

You work across the complete training development cycle covering Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Stakeholder Engagement, Evaluation, Report Writing and Product Authoring. You will work on clients' sites or at one of the company offices as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, seeking to apply modern methodologies to education and training, where appropriate delivering blended learning solutions to reflect the needs of the client, the training audience and the multitude of design solutions available.

As the role will often involve working within the Defence sector, you will need to be security cleared so that you can operate collaboratively across existing projects and be part of a highly experienced team. Depending on your experience you will be supported in developing your own business winning skills and experience so that you can actively contribute to the ongoing success of the company growth strategy. You will also develop your education and training skills through a professional development programme at a pace that suits you.

To be considered for this role, applicants will need to be qualified to degree level/Level 6 (or possess equivalent experience), with relevant experience in a similar training or education role.

You will have experience in:
*The production of Training Needs Analysis including Task Analysis, Gap Analysis and Options Analysis
*Working with stakeholders
*Delivering education and/or training courses
*Blended learning approaches
*Technology-enabled solutions
*Designing education or training courses and materials
*Authoring high quality reports and presentations

You will have excellent communication skills and a high standard of IT literacy including Microsoft Office suite.

In addition, the following would be highly beneficial:

*Experience in working to the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP 822 or to an equivalent assured systems approach to training (SAT)
*Qualification to PGCE level or Level 4 Certificate in Teaching or equivalent experience in design training programmes
*Experience in developing innovative technology-enabled solutions
*Experience in online education and training programmes and platforms
*Experience in working collaboratively and in multi-disciplinary teams
*Defence experience either serving, or working with the Armed Forces
