A DV cleared Programme Manager is required by the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) for a 2-year contract based at Porton Down, Salisbury.

**The client has stated that this role is "IN-SCOPE" for the Off-Payroll Worker legislation - Maximum day rate: £620 Umbrella **

**Due to the security level and nature of this role, only sole UK Citizens are eligible**

Essential Experience:

• Demonstrable Programme Management experience within a defence or security environment - ideally MOD/DSTL.
• MSP practitioner level qualification
• Demonstrable Agile project Management experience or qualification
• Ability to flex between programme management approaches to suit the requirement
• Experience of working in the Defence and or Security context and the relevant customer environments.
• Experience of delivering transformational change programme either within or external to Government
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop and build effective networks with stakeholders
• Developed Vetting security clearance.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of working in the of the Cyber Security Science Technology area
• Experience in delivering infrastructure and IT projects
• Understanding of Dstl's business model
• Change Management qualification
