Beattock, Scotland
Salary £20,026 plus shift allowance and overtime
About the role
Here at Babcock International, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced rail track worker to assist with carrying out Track Renewals as directed and with auxiliary duties as required.
What do I need to do the role?
We're looking for people who possess a sound knowledge of Permanent Way Renewals, particularly concerning component parts, including Switches and Crossings.
We are also seeking candidates with PTS, Lookout and Small Plant proficiencies.
You will be required to have knowledge of Rules and Regulations, (HASAW Act and other appropriate statutory regulations).
What else do I need to know?
The working hours are various shift patterns including weekends.
This role may be considered for flexible working.
