Business Change Manager

CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd are looking for dynamic individuals who are Passionate (yes, with a capital P) about change management and the value that they co-create with their clients.  Innovative thinkers that will bring fresh ideas and a new energy that will move their client forwards.

As a Change Guru you will have knowledge of change management theory and the ability to apply it in a practical and creative way.  You’ll need to be security cleared to the level of DV, or be eligible to go through the process. This needs someone who, not only, has the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the client’s needs and priorities, but to deliver sustainable change.

You will have extensive knowledge of change management theory and the ability to apply it in a practical way often working ambiguity. 

Skills

• Proven track record of delivering transformational change and embedding new ways of working
• Ability to demonstrate customer empathy and focus on the people side of change
• Facilitation skills, to help wider teams work collaboratively
• Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing
• An ability to adapt to the changing needs of the client
