About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit an Administrator within our HR function on a part time basis for a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will provide support for HR Admin, Payroll and support peaks in other departmental HR activities including salary reviews and bonuses.

What do I need to do the role?

We are seeking someone with an excellent administration background who has dealt with highly confidential documents or if you hold or are working towards a HR Qualification this will put you at a distinct advantage.

You will also have previous working experience of using and updating company specific databases, ideally Success Factors as well as demonstrating proficiency in excel and word.

What else do I need to know?

Working hours for this role is 22.5 hours a week and days/times are quite flexible for the right person.
