About the role
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time permanent PA/Office Manager at our offices based in Keynsham. This role sits in the Engineering Services Business Unit of the Marine Division of Babcock International Group

As the Office Manager/PA you will be working as a PA and managing a team of 5 administrators to provide administration and secretarial support to a range of projects, managers and directors onsite.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent and have an NVQ L3 in Business and Administration or be willing to work towards it

You will also need to have experience in the following areas:
  • Supervisory/Management qualification or equivalent
  • ILM L2 - Stepping Up (Desirable) Experience of managing and supervising a team
  • Knowledge of company procedures within an office environment
  • Time management skills
  • Effective decision making/problem solving skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills


Lastly, you'll need to have e xcellent MS Office skills and effective written and verbal skills with excellent organisational skills.
