QA Analyst (SC Cleared)

One of the client is looking for QA Analyst (SC Cleared)

Role: QA Analyst

Total experience: must be 6-8+ years

Location: Central London/ Croydon

Security Clearance: SC

Day Rate:  250 to 270- Pound Per day

Tenure : 6 moths (Extendable up to one year)

Essential Skills :

1.       Candidate must have good experience on Agile Methodology and Manual Testing.

2.       Understanding of the requirements and ensure a timely response to address the need, with resilience to provide substitute or replacement capability when required to avoid service disruption.

3.       Test and Defect Management Tools, including JIRA and Zephyr.

4.       Collaboration Tools e.g. Confluence

5.       Knowledge on Cloud hosted solutions.

6.       Good knowledge and hands on to the Test Policy and principles based on industry-recognised TMMi 5 standards.

7.       Good exposer in Exploratory Testing.

8.       Must have hands on writing Test Scenario and Test cases.

9.       Good knowledge on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Risk Analysist to prevent Defects.

10.   Provide timely and appropriate progress reports at an agreed frequency to clearly articulate progress, to key stakeholder.

11.   Ensure requirements are clearly articulated and fit-for-purpose by Using Traceability Matrix.

12.   Develop and implement phase level (e.g. system test, integration test, user acceptance test) test plans, detailing (for example) the scope of testing, pre-requisites / dependencies, required test environment(s), timescales, roles and responsibilities, entry/exit criteria.

13.   Ownership and co-ordination of End to End testing to test interactions between systems

14.   Defect Tracking and closing with daily publishing QA status to know the progress.

15.   Track record and evidence of having delivered such Functional Testing services across variety of technologies and projects, including for in the public sector.
