WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a Development Manager to work with a globally leading defence / cyber security company who are at the forefront of their industry.

AS A DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be a vital cog in the planning and execution of all application development deliverables. This will mean you are overseeing the day to day operations and providing continuous service improvements.

You will ensure staff are meeting and exceeding performance expectations and you will be involved in created Statement of Works, Project Plans and Design documentation.

AS A DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

• Experience leading projects
• Customer facing skills
• Technical and reasonable business skills
• Experience of managing a small team

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU, THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER HAD…

·          Experience in secure environments

·          Experience with COTS (custom Off the Shelf Products)

·          Doors / enterprise Architect
