Due to ongoing success within a number of our strategic clients, we're looking to recruit an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of our complex Cyber Security solutions offering.

We're looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer required to work in our Warrington based SIEM Security Team, ensuring the platform running the security tools are up and running.

This role would suit someone with experienced Infrastructure Support background with a strong interest in Security.

• The ability to work under limited supervision to peform routine and non-routine firewall activities within defines SLA's
• To resolve escalations from other team members and will have a good knowledge of their working area, processes and required technical skills.
• To Develop an understanding of customer's environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of a first class service.
• Technical Capability. Works under limited supervision, supporting technical queries related to a small set of products (e.g. Microsoft products, operating system, basic networking, PCs).
• Problem Solving. Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales. Receives escalations from less experienced team members and knows when to further escalate.
