Solutions Consultant - Cyber Security

A Solutions Consultant - Cyber Security is required by a global Intelligence and National Security, Science and Technology organisation who are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

The Solutions Consultant will be an expert in their field, able to work globally, recognised as an expert on and opinion shaper in their field. The role owner must be a credible figure able to lead the discussion in their domain.

Key Accountabilities

Domain: To be the focal point for all international activities in the area of CIT's products services and capabilities, liaising with the delivery IDTs and the regionally focussed sales team.

Strategy: Support the International Winning Business Teams ability to shape their respective regional and country plans, ensuring they're developed in a collaborative manner with Business Units growth ambition that promotes "one ISBP message".

Relationships: Support all the International Winning Business Teams with SME advice, with the ability to deploy forward as and when necessary. Conversely, maintain a senior relationship with the Business Unit technical community that maintains domain SQEP.

Leadership: Lead virtual technical teams to deliver the customer solution, providing a single point of contact (SPOC) for the International Winning Business Teams.

In Year Accountabilities: Provide evidence of significant SME support supplied to International contracts > £10m, and confirmation of association between the International and Business Unit strategy(s) / Plans(s) as per SAP / ISBP data. To 'champion' the global sales of the CIT business area.

Experience & Qualifications
· Professional: A chartered engineer or equivalent with demonstrable domain (relevant to post) experience of Solution/Systems Architecture
· Experience: Experience of selling or designing or operating one or more of the CIT portfolio of products, services or capabilities.
· Mobility: Regular international visits to discuss and shape technical solutions with the customer
· Knowledge - Domain subject matter expert, able to discuss and promote solutions confidently and with status.
