Fleet Administrator

About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join the Phoenix team and provide administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle focused activities including scheduling, maintenance and incident management.
You will be responsible for delivering clear and accurate information to the customer, inputting accurate data and maintaining a professional relationship whilst delivering to tight deadlines.
You will also be accountable for validating legal and compliance data on the businesses IT System and work within the SMR&I Team leading fleet management service to customers worldwide.
What do I need to do the role?
You will be educated to GCSE level and demonstrate IT literacy.
You will also be a confident, tenacious and reliable individual with the ability to manage own and others' time, prioritising workload and paying high attention to detail.
You will have excellent communication skills in order to engage with internal and external stakeholders and you will be able to understand and manipulate large amounts of data.
What else do I need to know?
This role may be considered for flexible working.
