Infrastructure Support Analyst (IT Support)

Required skills:
*Independent working
*Understanding of desk-side support
*Analysis skills (technical diagnosis)
*Skills in customer communication & own time management
*Experience and knowledge in IT and services within assigned work area
*PC Deployment

Role tasks:
*Training on installation of specialised registration software and other basic training - resulting in being able to successfully configure software.
*Image and configure Registration Desktops with specialised software for card printing and passport scanning
*Venue Setup
*Venue Pack down
