As you’d expect, we’ve already started the journey, and you will be responsible for ensuring the force continues to develop and transform, has the right leadership and values to help us police the wonderfully diverse communities of the West Midlands.

We have big people aspirations and they all focus around our People Deal *.  We employ many highly talented individuals, and we want to support them to be their very best.  We value a culture in which everyone can give their best for the public.
