With at least a Master's Degree to your name, in a relevant STEM subject, you will possess the necessary attributes to design and manufacture fibre lasers, using your well developed knowledge of laser physics and laser categorisations. Being the Principal Laser Engineer, you will be expected to possess a higher understanding of mechanical and electrical design, than the rest of your team, with desirable experience working in a laser research and development or manufacturing environment.
