About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit School Improvement Advisor to join the team.
To monitor and support educational provision and promote improved educational outcomes for all children aged 5-19 with schools of Worcestershire.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to be qualified QTS and have a degree and worked within school senior leadership post.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
Lastly, it is desirable that you have qualifications in LA or MAT leadership and inspection experience

- Effective strategies to improve schools
- Strategies to improve leadership capacity
- Effective programmes to improve teaching and learning
- Expertise in leading Numeracy / Literacy development in schools
- Educational policy at local and national level
- Knowledge of what works elsewhere - nationally and internationally
- National and international research on effective school systems
Lastly, it is desirable that you have qualifications in LA or MAT leadership and inspection experience
