About the role
Responsible to the Programme Manager and Reporting to the Training Assurance Manager. The Quality Controller will be required to support and coordinate quality control activities for numerous outgoing deliverables of the UAE NTC project and remedy any solutions not approved by the end customer in accordance with project routines. The role will ensure compliance with contractual requirements including DSAT and JSP 822. Support the Assurance Manager in the management and coordination of Babcock deliverables. Ensure the management of deliverable material complies with security policies and guidelines, ensuring a consistency of approach across a multi-function team. Communicate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure quality issues are cascaded efficiently. Arrange, prepare and set up quality review meetings and take and distribute records of decisions Utilise information technology networks to control and release deliverables.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need recent experience in the assurance of eLearning training content
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse and evaluate outputs with an ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly within a demanding operational environment
  • Ability to work independently where required and to operate as part of a wider team.
What else do I need to know?
  • You should hold or have the ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.
