The candidate will require Security Clearance which has been used in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities of the role will include

* Daily engagement with the support desk supplier ensuring there are no urgent second line support action required and that the service is running well
* Maintain existing services to agreed SLAs
* Management of multiple suppliers to ensure delivery to agreed SLAs
* Ensure that the service operation process are aligned
* Ensure the non/technical requirements of new capabilities are aligned to the Resilience Direct
* Lead on continuous service improvement for the portfolio
* Lead on stakeholder engagement for Resilience Direct, to ensure the services continue meet the business requirements
* Work with the head of team, business and project manager to ensure overall service strategy meets the continuing business needs and changing technology requirements
