Daily rate: £400 gross this role is inside IR35

You must have an SC Clearance (security clearance)

We are currently working with one of the biggest Defence companies in the country who is looking to take on a Senior Planner / Scheduler to join them at their Bristol, Abbey Wood site.

You will work as a key member of the project team supporting in the development of the forward plan to enable the successful delivery of some of the biggest projects in the UK today.
As a Planner & Scheduler you will help scope and create suitable project plans of the key activities and deliverables necessary to complete the project.
You will facilitate and maintain the ongoing management of the project schedule, monitoring actual progress against the Performance Measurement Baseline, ensuring any movement to this is subject to formal change control and updating the schedule accordingly.
In addition, you will help identify over or underestimated work and advise on resource levelling. Key to being a Planner & Scheduler is the ability to get to grips with the details quickly and explain them to a non-technical audience.

To support the delivery of the ASW Spearhead, by providing a programme manager in order to establish the programme on a firm foundation with an existing Capability Manager pending the recruitment of a permanent Programme Team. The programme manager should be supported by a programme scheduler.

You must have P6 experience for this role.
