About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit Project Coordinator to join the team.
Support the Planning & Development Manager to ensure that supplier requirements for all projects are established, maintained and delivered in a timely manner and ensure standardised processes and procedures are implemented throughout the Translink organisation.

Using commercial and analytical knowledge and judgement you will work closely with other functions across the business to help define their needs and convert these into bottom line financial benefits to the Business.

What do I need to do the role?
You'll i deally be educated to degree, HNC level in a business related discipline or equivalent.

Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of the value Procurement can bring to the organisation
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing suppliers, undertaking sourcing and selection of suppliers, contract development and management.
  • Strong evidence of successful negotiations delivering bottom line organisational value.
  • Evidence of building and developing collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience of supply base re-design.

Lastly you will be committed to further educational development (e.g. membership of CIPS)
