Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Global Compliance Lead will ensure GE Aviation Health Services operations are compliant and will liaise with the site management team to facilitate Health Service programs globally. While this role has global responsibilities, the primary regional focus will be ASEAN, ,China, Europe, India, and MENAT
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitor regulations and update as needed Operationalize regulations (e.g. Occupational Health compliance, Drug Free Workplace programs, GDPR)
  • Track and audit regulatory compliance
  • Ensure Cross functional Business processes are compliant from a Health Services perspective (e.g. Post-offer physicals, Drug/ETOH testing, Medical surveillance exams)
  • Support Global Lead Manager programmatically
  • Implement and execute for all regional compliance programs as it relates to GE expectations and guidelines, OSHA and other country specific regulations, ADA, Hazcom, DEA, DOT, Local Health Department, and Data Privacy GDPR and Health Guidelines
  • Conduct clinic audits Non-US
  • Provide all Regional on-boarding to Onsite clinics and Non-onsite clinic sites as it relates to medical compliance programs
  • Responsible for analyzing all Contract metrics and report out
  • Act as a Business liaison for Regional sites
  • Collaborate GLM policy/regulation compliance
  • Partners and collaborates with EHS/HRM/Site leaders to ensure compliance and continuity of Health Services
  • Focal for Non-US Fitness for Duty (FFD) Violence in the Workplace, Reasonable Suspicion/Reasonable Cause
  • Support Acquisitions and divestitures
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum Baccalaureate in Health Sciences, Regulatory Compliance or Project Management or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Strong experience in an Occupational Health and Safety Services, Regulatory Compliance preferably Non US environment
  • Strong managerial or team lead experience
  • Experience in Six Sigma/Lean process strongly preferred
  • Experience in working in large, matrixed organization
  • Experience with EMR, Occupational Health Information Systems, and GDPR
  • Experience with data tracking, analyzing and trending as well as reporting information to GE program leads and operational staff
