The role.

You will be maintain high standards of cleanliness & hygiene across the site; delivering the cleaning schedule / specification & responding to specific customer needs.

Key Accountabilities.

You will be cleaning offices, accommodation rooms, conference rooms, laboratories / workshops, kitchens, toilets / showers & general areas across site.

You will be responsible for the safe use & management of cleaning materials, equipment / tools, substances & areas; ensuring appropriate storage and signage are applied as necessary.

You will waste items from across site and disposal in the correct receptacles; including kitchen & dry waste recycling bins.

You need to be carrying out weekly shower checks & recording for audit purposes.

You need to identify & report to FM Helpdesk any issues encountered whilst carrying out cleaning duties.

The Fit.

You need previous cleaning experience.

You need awareness of COSHH standards.

You need to be a self-starter.
