The Job:

You will be managing a programme area, comprising multi-disciplined team of project managers. You will be managing highly technical system and software engineers across multiple locations developing, integrating and gaining acceptance of complex development projects in the Maritime domain. The projects range from 'in-house' development through to procurement of solutions.

Job responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for the production of an open, accurate and timely financial and workload forecasts to support planning within the business.

You will support the business to develop future pipeline work

You need the ability to network in order to build relationships to enable successful engagement with a broad range of stakeholders (external and internal) often with competing interests.

The Fit.

You need previous demonstrable experience of delivering Programmes within the Maritime domain.

You need experience of systems and software engineering disciplines and lifecycle to develop complex products in the defence domain.
