DURATION: End of this year

CONTRACT: Consultant

SALARY: Negotiable daily rate

TASKS:

• Booking of all payments
• Clearing the suspense bank accounts
• Clearing all the accounts receivables accounts
• Setting up the cash planning on a weekly basis for the whole agency
• Preparing all payment batches which need to paid on a weekly basis
• Put in the foreign exchanges into the EBA system
• Book the bank costs
• Setting up the reconciliations on a monthly basis between the system and the bank statement
• Preparing the payroll batches to be paid
• Send all different batches to the ISABLE system
• POC with the bank and the business for payments are receiving

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Bachelor in accountancy and taxes
• Min of 5 years of experiences in finance
• Knowledge of Oracle
