The role.

The company are keen to appoint a Project Manager who will take responsibility for the delivery of a range of technical projects. Working closely with partners, you will lead complex projects to deliver cutting edge technical products, ensuring delivery timelines are achieved and the customers' requirements are met.

Based from the Malvern site, the role will require occasional travel to our operations at Bristol & Corsham.

Key Accountabilities.

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of positive engagement with project customers, partners and suppliers.

You will be operating in a Safe & Secure manner.

You will be responsible for embedding a culture in line with the company values.

You will be delivering project outputs, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales).

You'll be maintaining forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects the up-to-date expectations for the work.

The Fit.

You need Project Management Experience (Technology/Engineering) - MOD experience is useful but not essential.

You need technical awareness, able to work well with engineers/researchers/scientists/developers

You must be delivery focussed and be able to drive delivery and reach successful project outcomes.
