- Works in close cooperation with regional sales, account sales and commercial proposal staff.Primary technical role involved in DTI (demand to inquiry): aim at increasing market penetrationthrough technical support during pre-ITO. Complex products and systems requiring technicalknowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.Cooperates with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions
- Act as regional connected aircraft specialist, supporting sales team in a technical pre-sales position
- Present avionics product plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to customers and internal business leaders
- Establish a deep understanding of our customers' business and technical needs
- Create a "trusted technical advisor" relationship with customer technologists
- Engage customers on their needs and alignment of Avionica avionics products
- Define avionics product roadmap and feature definition aligned to Avionica product vision
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams in the development of customer proposal product solutions
- Interface with regional and global commercial teams to support regional orders and revenue quotas
- The person is skilled across product management functions and skilled/knowledgeable in technical domains related to the portfolio
- Will engage customers at executive/technical levels to present strategy/roadmap/feature overview, collect requirements, create/refine strategy and formulate roadmap
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Significant experience in aviation avionics and/or systems
- Travel within EMEA

- Experience in generating and executing customer proposals with a track record of success
- Experience in the development and execution of avionics product plans
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Technical acumen to interface with technologists, understand complex concepts and translate in a way that businesses or industry can understand.
- Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills with ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results
