Project Detail:

Our client requires a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) consultant - covering both CRM and Finance & Operations - to provide expertise for its ERP Programme that is migrating the business from its on-premises installation of SAP ERP to D365.

Detailed Services to be provided (specifically, the Deliverables and, if appropriate, specification)

• Review the existing fulfilment functionality present in OS's on-premises SAP ERP system
• Recommend which of that functionality can be migrated to out-of-the-box functionality on D365, whether it sits better in CRM or FinOps, and the level of configuration needed
• Recommend which functionality should not be migrated to D365 (because moderate to significant configuration or coding would be needed on D365) and should instead be migrated to bespoke Azure services
• Identify what changes, if any, would be needed to existing fulfilment functionality to ensure it could be migrated to equivalent functionality in D365
• Estimate the amount of time any identified fulfilment functionality migrating to D365 would take

Experience:

• Proven experience as a D365 consultant covering both CRM and FinOps
• Thorough knowledge of ERP and a willingness to keep abreast of advancements
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
• Knowledge of business software and IT systems
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Desirable: Microsoft certification in D365
