Location:
Bridgwater, Somerset (2 full days Monday - Tuesday)
Home or local office (Half day on Friday)


About the role

Here at Babcock, we are currently recruiting a Training Facilitator on a part time, permanent basis.
We are one of the largest training providers nationally managing one of the largest contracts.

The purpose of your role will be to facilitate training delivery.

  • Support the delivery of high quality and engaging training in accordance with the training materials and references provided
  • Where required, assess delegate performance and provide feedback
  • Provide administrative support to training, including classroom preparation, generation and distribution of instructions, liaison with other contractors, recording of attendance, and maintenance of course materials
  • Demonstrate and support good practice through innovative teaching and learning strategies

What do I need to do the role?

Ideally we are looking for you to be ECDL or equivalent proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace, must be confident and be able to make difficult / robust decisions, demonstrates awareness and application of instructional techniques and also demonstrates awareness of assessment methods, question technique, use of technology in the classroom and level 1 and 2 training evaluation.

What else do I need to know?

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
