- To work in the Inspection department reporting to the Inspection Leader. As Quality Inspector your role will include the inspection of supply chain products and release of OEM products under EASA regulations ensuring both conformity and compliance. You will be an integral part of the QMS promoting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- The role will encompass activities associated with the inspection function in an aerospace environment. The key aspects of the role are as follows:
- You will inspect product for conformance to standards in the Goods inwards and outwards area.
- You will check parts and record batch numbers and be responsible for Propeller kit inspection.
- You view and release product such as, Blades, Control Units, Blade Overshoes and Elements.
- You support the Inspection Leader to achieve business goals.Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance when required of Kit Marshaling.
- EASA Part 21 release of Propellers and Control Units.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of inspection work.
- Demonstrate their ability to effective whilst working within a team.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to developing skills and supporting activities at both production and repair & overhaul.
- Demonstrate personal drive and motivation to identify and implement process improvements.
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity.
- Work to procedures under audit conditions.
- IT tool literate - use of ERP system and use MS office tools
- Demonstrate ability of using Inspection equipment
