Learning Development Consultant / Training needs Analyst

Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join a Training and Learning
Solutions (TLS) Team that delivers a range of training services across the public and private sectors including Defence, Rail, Emergency Services and Nuclear. Having extensive experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of safety critical training and specialise in the development of innovative and technology-enabled solutions. Delivering a tailored approach to meet client requirements and we are experts in the application of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) processes and in the development of pioneering solutions for individual and collective training.


- Undertaking a wide range of training research, analysis and design activities
- Delivering TNA projects for Defence and civil sector clients, using a SAT-compliant process
- Authoring high quality reports which comply with industry standards and company quality assurance procedures
- Designing training programmes and materials and supporting the development of innovative technology enabled solutions
- Supporting clients with the implementation of competence management processes and systems
- Undertaking evaluation activities to measure the impact of training solutions
- Providing specialist input on training methodologies and approaches in support of commercial proposals


Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
