An undisclosed client of ours is looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about their work and the value they create with their clients.

The successful candidate will be working alongside their National Security clients to solve our nation's toughest problems and drive sustainable change. You will not be just be a thinker, you're a dooer, bridging the gap between creating a strategy and getting things done.

Due to the success of our client they are looking to expand their team by 2020 and recruiting for Consultants at different points in their career.

Due to the nature of the role candidates must be eligible for DV clearance. It is strongly recommended that this is researched prior to application.

Requirements:
We are looking for talented consultants with a good mix of experience in the delivery of business cases, managing the realisation of commercial and other benefits, and financial and data modelling.
This role will be client-facing and candidates are expected to demonstrate facility in working with clients and stakeholders across the spectrum of seniority.
Successful applicants will work on a range of assignments including:
*Supporting the preparation of business cases and business plans
*Modelling of commercial impact contracts
*Identification, quantification and validation of potential benefits (savings)
*Managing and validating the realisation of benefits
*Development of financial models to support analysis
Assignments are likely to involve:
*carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisations
*designing and conducting analysis;
*interviewing client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
*running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
*preparing presentations;
*identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions;
*presenting findings and recommendations to clients;
*implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to undertake them;
*liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
