Hospitality Manager

About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager to support the implementation of the Hospitality, Catering & Retail Services Departmental Strategy for HMNB Clyde.
You will work closely with section managers to ensure adequate cover is in line with business needs and provide duty management responsibilities on a rota basis, covering all sections and out of hours.
You will also be responsible for financial control, managing budgets and costs, and being involved in regular reviews to control and ensure financial efficiencies to increase revenue and profit.
You will directly line manage 25 - 35 employees, liaise with suppliers, building relationships with stakeholders as well as event planning.
What do I need to do the role?
You will come from a hospitality and events background at a management level, having managed multiple business streams.
You will also have previous experience within resource planning, people / stakeholder management and relationship building.
You will be able to demonstrate budgeting and financial control, as well as having reporting experience including stock management.
What else do I need to know?
This role is based at HM Naval Base Clyde, located 6 miles north of Helensburgh in the West of Scotland. We are well placed for commuter links to Glasgow and the wider region, with easy access for car and public transport.
